What do you like best about Common Room?

I discovered Common Room while trying to understand who was using my open-source project, and it completely transformed my perspective. It was amazing to see how the growth on GitHub correlated with engagement on my LinkedIn posts. Their wide range of integrations, the ability to setup automated workflows based on filters that can trigger sequences or events in our other GTM tools. They also have a great customer support team and API! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Common Room?

Sometimes bulk mutations on segments are slow or the UI doesn't refresh properly--an action has finished on the backend but it's not clear since the UI is displaying that the action is still running. A quick refresh fixes this though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our CRM doesn't map to their database, making it difficult to use all features and understand which company in our CRM their insights are applicable to. Because of this, implementation took about 6 months and we still have obstacles to work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
