The ease of being able to interact with prospects quickly and efficiently.

What I love about Common Room is that it's a true all-in-one solution for pipeline generation. It streamlines everything from account research and scoring to finding the right contacts and setting up the perfect cadence. What do you like best about Common Room?

What do you like best about Common Room?

It helps streamline my prospecting efforts. I've been able to cut my prospecting time in half and produce more results and focus on the other parts of my sales motion. I use the tool every day. What do you dislike about Common Room?

It often lacks the email and phone data of something like a ZoomInfo, so I still need to use these tools side by side. Building segments has a learning curve, sometimes it's not as easy as i'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Common Room?

Common Room is very easy to learn and use. You can build custom fields and ai-prompts directly into the product that allow you to research accounts and provide true relevance at scale. There are endless plays you can create, the power of signals from 1st, 3rd, and the product are at your finger-tips. What do you dislike about Common Room?

The email and phone enrichment could be stronger. Also it would be amazing if the custom ai-generated prompts could be sequenced rather than generated as snippets so there was less need for manual intervention in the overall orchestration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Common Room?

Features are generally pretty user friendly and intuitive, especially in segmenting, tagging, and digging into company/contact information. Native integrations with Hubspot and LinkedIn are incredibly useful. I appreciated how quick it was to setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Common Room?

Limited user-level insights. Having to use webhooks in order to sync information to LinkedIn or other platforms is challenging for less tech-savvy users. Common Room has been a great addition to our marketing and sales toolkit. It’s helped us uncover new contacts, surface leads signals we didn’t have access to before, and ultimately run more targeted campaigns. We’ve been able to expand our outreach in ways that just weren’t possible before due to limited visibility.

There’s a bit of a learning curve when you’re first getting started. The platform is powerful, but it takes a little time to understand all the features and get everything set up the way you want. What do you like best about Common Room?

I am a very active user of the CommonRoom segments. Really allows me to set specific filters and triggers and turn it into a list of hot prospects to go after at the right time. Love how you can add tags to different personas to make the filtering process easy within your company.

Also great that in the same tool I can see important highlights I need about a company & prospecting, instead of jumping from tool to tool - really saves me a good chunk of time as a BDR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Common Room?

We chose Common Room as we believe it offers the best of both worlds - a best-in-class signal capture platform with best-in-class AI agentic capabilities. There is a bit of a learning curve, as there is just SO much data and signals to play around with, but once you get the hang of it you are off to the races. Versus hiring a 60k/year Clay agency, Common Room is a no brainer.

Connecting your other tools via integrations was generally a breeze. Implementation was easy. Customer support and onboarding has been and is top tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Common Room?

Automations - workflows in particular - sorely need to be beefed up and expanded. There is so much amazing customizable data within Common Room that not being able to manipulate it as far as other workflow tools can be a bit of a bottleneck.

I think some of the the out-of-box integrations need a bit more depth of connectivity - which would serve not just CR's customers but probably the CR implementation team too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
