As a talent booker, I often used it to find hard to reach contacts of people who I needed to track down and reach out to. It was easy to input their name, company, Linkedin, etc and was delivered their phone and email address easily and without too many clicks. The ease of use was always appreciated.

As a journalist, it is my go to site for finding names and contacts. With so many apps and websites to use to find information, I find that RocketReach has more complete contact information. A lot of sites only have the latest info, while RocketReach provides historical information as well. I've often reached out to people at an old email address with much success, so I use the site daily. I also really like the interface which allows me to quickly find what I need with little effort. In many cases I will receive an email and the person has recently changes jobs. They still have the old email. I wish that there was a way indicate that there is a problem without having to log into their system.

I constantly have problems when I first open the app in LinkedIn. The app will just show the rocket and not go to the persons information. I will have to reset the entire app to get it to work again.

I have been looking at the RocketReach web site and the program that I am currently on gives me 200 emails per month for about $500.00 per year. I have used multiple different services when prospecting and trying to learn more about companies and individuals at those companies and RocketReach is by far the best service I have utilized. I appreciate the amount of information that is provided about each company, the professional social links for individuals, etc. It is incredibly easy to use and I use this almost daily. I can't say that I have any true dislikes, but I have found that at times it is a little behind in updating when a person has left a company and should no longer be listed in the role. There really isn't much that I dislike to be honest! I will say it is frustrating when there is no reliable email available for an individual or when I can't find a specific company but that's not the software's issue.
