"A Feature-Rich Platform That Rewards Patience and Curiosity"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

What really stands out to me is how feature-rich and flexible Boost.space is. It allows me to centralize data from various tools and create a highly customized system that fits my business workflow. The modular structure means I can build exactly what I need—nothing more, nothing less.

I particularly like the integration with Make.com, which adds a layer of advanced automation. Once I understood how to connect everything, it started saving me real time. I also appreciate that the platform is visually clear and well-designed, which makes managing my data more pleasant than in many other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

The ease of use is not the best at first. There’s definitely a steep learning curve, especially if you’re new to modular or no-code tools. The interface sometimes feels more complex than it needs to be, and not all modules are fully intuitive without prior knowledge.

Ease of implementation could also be better. I had to spend a few hours just understanding how to set everything up. It’s not a plug-and-play solution—you need to commit time and energy upfront, which could be discouraging for some users.

Additionally, while customer support is available, I wish there were more in-depth tutorials or guided examples. A stronger knowledge base would have significantly reduced the trial-and-error I experienced during the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Zapier alternative for automations - has a learning curve"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

Boost is promoted as no-code platform and hub for managing and syncing business data from various applications and tools. In simple words it is a Zapier alternative. And that is exactly what I like so much about Boost.Space - that it is a significantly more cost effective business automation platform than Zapier. The limits are generous, the options are wide, the possibilities endless.

It should be noted that Boost.Space is building on Make.com which is a big benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

Well, I will phrase that carefully because my personal challenge are the endless options. Which requires serious learning and deep understanding of the correct setup to prevent any mistakes in the automations. That is really not easy for someone without specific skills.

The fact should not be blamed on Boost.Space though but on my limited skill set.

Once things are set up correctly, everything will run smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boost.space Review: A Reliable Automation Hub for Small Business"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

Seamless Integration with Make.com

Boost.space’s integration with Make.com makes automation easy and reliable. Connecting different tools and syncing data has never been simpler, which is a huge benefit for small business operations.

Centralized Data Management

The platform centralizes all my business data in one place, reducing the need to jump between multiple apps. This not only saves time but also minimizes the risk of manual errors.

Efficiency and Time Savings

Automating repetitive tasks with Boost.space has saved me hours every week. Once you get past the initial setup and learning curve, workflows become smooth and efficient.

Ideal for Small Businesses

If you want to streamline your processes, Boost.space is a solid, dependable choice. It’s packed with features that make day-to-day operations easier and more organized.

Final Thoughts

Overall, Boost.space is an excellent tool for any small business looking to automate and centralize their work. The backing of Make.com gives it a strong edge in reliability and functionality. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Areas for Improvement

Learning Curve

Getting started with Boost.space can be challenging. It takes some time to fully understand how to use all the features effectively.

Busy Interface

The portal initially feels a bit cluttered and overwhelming. It takes a while to get familiar with the layout and know where everything is.

Confusing Modules

Some modules lack clarity and can be confusing to navigate, especially for new users. Improved guidance or simplification would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The most customizable backend we’ve found — saved us months of work"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

Boost.space has become the core of our internal platform — and it’s saved us months of dev time and thousands in backend build costs.

We're using it to power our CRM, automations, task management, and more. The modular setup makes it easy to customize around your workflow, and the whole system just feels built for scale. Clean UI, powerful automations, and enough flexibility to shape it around your brand and business.

We’ve even started embedding it into our own branded setup, and while we’re still exploring what’s possible on the white-label side, the current options — custom login, logo, and client-facing branding — are already a big step in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

Honestly, not much to dislike. If we had to mention one thing, it would be that deeper white-labeling (like removing Boost branding fully) isn’t available yet — but we get that these things take time. What’s already there is strong and keeps improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent & Powerful Data Hub - A Game Changer for Automation!"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

Boost.space is a remarkably powerful platform for centralizing data and automating complex workflows. It's quickly become an indispensable tool by acting as a unified data hub, seamlessly connecting our various apps and ensuring real-time data synchronization and enrichment. This has resulted in significant time savings and vastly improved data consistency across our operations. The platform's foundation on Make.com's robust engine, brilliantly enhanced by Boost.space's unique data layer and exciting "AIREADY" features (including the promise of upcoming MCPs for all users!), makes it exceptionally versatile and future-proof. The satisfaction of automating previously tedious tasks is immense, and the platform's continuous development and responsive team point to even greater potential. For anyone looking to truly own their data and streamline processes, Boost.space delivers outstanding value and transformative capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

While the platform is incredibly robust and the benefits are clear, new users should expect an initial learning period to fully unlock its extensive capabilities; it's an investment of time that definitely pays off. The user interface is generally functional and improving, though some of the more advanced configurations could be made even more intuitive for users who are just starting their automation journey. On rare occasions, a very specific or less common app integration might require a little extra attention to configure perfectly, but the wealth of tutorials and the generally responsive support team (including direct founder involvement, which is impressive!) are there to assist. These are very minor points in what is otherwise an excellent and highly recommended platform that consistently delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"At last — a SaaS that truly unifies everything!"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

What really stands out to me about Boost.space is its ability to bring clarity and order to our operations. It’s like flipping a switch from chaos to cohesion. Before adopting it, our team was juggling countless tools and disjointed systems — it was exhausting and inefficient. But since implementing Boost.space, everything is connected. The centralized platform has revolutionized our workflow. No more wasting time digging for data or bouncing between apps — now, everything integrates smoothly. From marketing analytics to sales performance, all the information is in one place, updated in real time, and ready for action. The broad range of integrations (Slack, HubSpot, etc.) makes it incredibly adaptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

Despite its many advantages, there are a couple of areas where Boost.space could improve. The wide range of customization options can feel a bit daunting at first. It took some experimenting to tailor it to our needs. A more guided onboarding experience — perhaps with preset templates or walkthroughs — would be a big help. Also, some of the more advanced tools might be too much for smaller teams or solo users. That said, these are small issues compared to the overall benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Data Centralization and Automation"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

What I like best about Boost.space is how it centralizes and standardizes all our business data from dozens of different tools into one unified system — without needing a developer. It feels like a control center where I can clean, map, sync, and automate everything from CRM contacts to sales reports, inventory updates, and support tickets. The modular system means I can customize it exactly how we work, and the pre-built integrations with platforms like Airtable, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, and even Make.com make it effortless to get started. It’s the first system that actually made me feel like I had control over our scattered tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

The biggest challenge with Boost.space is the initial learning curve — especially if you’re not familiar with data structures or automation tools. The flexibility is amazing, but it can feel overwhelming at first figuring out how to properly set up modules, map fields, and design automation flows. Some documentation could go deeper, especially for advanced use cases or integrating with lesser-known tools. That said, their support team has been super responsive, and once you get past the setup phase, the system is incredibly powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining Database Management and Powerful Automation"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

Utilizing Boost Space has greatly enhanced my database management experience. The platform offers intuitive tools that streamline data organization and simplify workflows (something I struggled with in GG Sheets). The 2-way sync feature allows me to quickly copy my data from GG Sheets and Airtable to Boost Space with ease. And you know, it’s like creating multiple backups of your database across multiple platforms to reduce risk.

Besides, the automation capabilities are also particularly impressive. With the built-in Make automation engine, Boost Space allows me to set up automated tasks that save time and reduce manual effort and costs in database management. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to track changes and updates. Additionally, they also have a community to support, listen to feedback, and to update and announce new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

While the features are powerful, new users may face a learning curve. The setup process was initially overwhelming because of the many options available, even with my experience using automation tools like n8n, Make.com, and Active Pieces. I found it helpful to watch a few tutorials and experiment with the settings to get the hang of it. It would be great if they simplified the onboarding process for first-time users. "A Game-Changer for Workflow Automation and Centralized Data Management"
What do you like best about Boost.space?

What I like best about Boost.space is how it brings clarity and control to what used to be a chaotic tech stack. After just a few weeks of using it, I was able to centralize data from multiple tools and automate key workflows without writing a single line of code. The integration with Make.com is seamless, and the visual database system is incredibly flexible — it almost feels like combining the power of Airtable, Zapier, and a lightweight CRM in one place. Plus, the AI features are starting to add real value, especially for generating insights and reducing repetitive tasks.

Boost.space has quickly become a core part of my daily workflow. I use it multiple times a day to monitor dashboards, sync data between tools, and trigger automations that used to take hours of manual work.

Ease of Use: Once you’re set up, the interface is clean and logical — but getting there takes a bit of time, especially if you’re new to no-code platforms or complex workflows. The flexibility is amazing, but it does mean you need to map out your processes clearly.

Ease of Implementation: It took me about 1–2 weeks to really get things flowing the way I wanted. The tutorials and help docs are solid, and the support team was very responsive when I had questions. If you’ve used tools like Make or Airtable before, the learning curve will be shorter.

Customer Support: Fantastic. Genuinely one of the best support teams I’ve dealt with — quick replies, helpful advice, and a real willingness to solve problems rather than just send you links to articles.

Number of Features: There’s an almost overwhelming amount of features — in a good way. From centralized databases to powerful automation logic and AI tools, it’s built to scale with your needs. You can start simple, then grow into the advanced stuff as you go.

Ease of Integration: This is where Boost.space shines. It connects effortlessly with over 2,000 tools via Make.com and offers a visual way to keep everything in sync. Whether it’s syncing customer data, pushing orders from Shopify, or updating Notion dashboards — it just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

The biggest challenge with Boost.space was definitely the initial learning curve. There’s a lot of power under the hood, but that also means you need to invest some time upfront to really understand how everything fits together — especially when working with custom data structures and API-based automations. The documentation is improving, but I would have appreciated more pre-built templates or guided walkthroughs early on. That said, once you’re familiar with it, the platform becomes intuitive and incredibly efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"In a world of automation and integrations, Boost Space is like a central hub."
What do you like best about Boost.space?

centralize your data, and create a source of truth for your sales, marketing, and operations databases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.space?

UI/UX improvements could be made to make the tools within more useful stand-alone or even as a center entry point. As it Stands now it's a great container and holder of data with a terrible place to interact with the data manually. Also could benefit from more intuitive reporting and analytics features. There are a ton of features but again using those features within the platform is a little confusing and as of right now the platform serves better as a storage container then an active hub for admins or users.
