Accessing and analyzing data is now seamless; everything is centralized and easy to retrieve, which has greatly improved our decision-making process. The customer support team is always responsive and helpful, ensuring we get the most out of the tool. With Drivetrain, the sky is the limit. If you can think it, you can build it. You can bring in data from so many different places and having all that data in one place is incredibly valuable. Drivetrain is intuitive, easy to use and very flexible. Support is amazing, change requests are handled efficiently and the team is ready to implement solutions for special requests. Connection of data sources is very simple. From sales to proof of concept and through implementation, the folks at Drivetrain provided outstanding support and education. It was one of the best implementations I've experienced with any vendor. I was also impressed by how quickly we were able to start generating valuable financial reporting in a far more digestible & customizable format than QuickBooks offers us. The product is evolving quickly (in a good way), so prepare to be continuously learning to get the most out of it. Folks coming from Excel may encounter a learning curve with the modeling interface, and while you can absolutely keep using Excel with their data importing features, I highly recommend building natively in the platform to take full advantage of it. Once your drivetrain model is built, it is incredibly easy to maintain and use. The customer support team has been incredible and made implementation a breeze. The moment I saw Drivetrain, I knew it was exactly what I needed to help align data structures, combine data to get combined KPIs from disparate sources, get beyond cell count/row limits in google sheets and excel. The team is second to none in their responsiveness, the velocity of new updates and features, their ability to take feedback and have it in product in a matter of weeks is truly impressive. Implementation was quite easy, well supported, and the ongoing support has been extremely helpful and valuable. Integrations and connections are straight forward and most are a few clicks away from ingesting the data. I use the tool on a daily basis and it has been very helpful to get Hubspot, QBO, sheets, excel data all under one roof. The DT team is very collaborative to help find creative solutions in getting to the desired end result. The positives outweigh the negatives by a mile. The negatives usually come because I want to use the tool for things it wasn't intended for initially like sharing information to external parties. There are a few nits that are getting fixed around filtering and field names vs underlying field IDs. My overall experience with Drivetrain has been great. The tool is extremely easy to use and very intuitive. Producing new reports is seamless and user friendly. The implementation took ~ 3 months and was quite smooth. The DT implementation team made sure that the platform was up and running in time for our planning cycle. Additionally, Rohit who lead the implementation, has been incredibly responsive, collaborative, and made sure that the tool met our needs. I really enjoy the platform as a whole and that it is able to connect with all the software systems that we are already using.
