JIA is a powerful and highly customisable platform, but sometimes it makes me feel complex and overwhelming because while creating new work clause, it asked me lot of information and even when I enter the information sometimes it doesn’t allow me to edit those work close after getting those and sometimes, it also provides too much notifications or updates like tracking task that makes it bit cluttered and for example, when I assign a task to someone, then it gives me 2-3 notifications for the same activity that I have done on the and that makes me frustrated because of getting multiple notifications for the same change is really frustrating. Jira is an essential tool I use daily for tracking backlogs in my ongoing projects. The Kanban board in Jira is very useful as it gives an overall view of the current status of the project by displaying no of tasks in backlog ,development and testing state. I like the fact that timely emails are sent whenever there is a change in the ticket like if some user has added comments or updated the description of the ticket .
