What do you like best about Constant Contact?
As a business manager, staying connected with clients while maintaining a professional image is crucial—and that’s exactly why I love using Constant Contact. It has become one of the most valuable tools in my marketing toolkit, helping me streamline communication and present my brand in the best possible light.
One of the features I appreciate most is how easy it is to use. The drag-and-drop email editor allows me to create beautiful, polished emails without needing any design experience. Whether I’m promoting a special offer, sharing news, or sending reminders, I can quickly put together an email that looks great on both desktop and mobile.
Another standout feature is the detailed tracking and reporting. Constant Contact shows me exactly who opened an email, clicked on a link, or interacted with the content. This helps me understand what resonates with my audience and refine my strategy over time. It’s powerful to see the direct impact of a message and adjust future campaigns accordingly.
I also love how Constant Contact helps keep my branding consistent. From fonts and colors to logos and layouts, I can easily apply my brand style to every message. This ensures that every email I send looks cohesive and professional, which helps build trust with my audience.
Lastly, the automation features have been a game-changer. I can schedule emails in advance, set up welcome sequences for new subscribers, and even automate follow-ups. This saves me time and allows me to stay connected with clients—even when I’m not actively working on email marketing.
Overall, Constant Contact makes it easy to create, manage, and measure email campaigns that drive results. It’s reliable, intuitive, and helps me build stronger relationships with my audience—something that’s truly invaluable for growing my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Constant Contact?
While I really like using Constant Contact for email marketing, there are a few areas where I think it could improve—especially for niche businesses like medspas.
One of the biggest things I wish they offered is more industry-specific templates. While their general designs are clean and professional, I often find myself spending extra time customizing emails to fit the aesthetic and tone that works for medspa clients. Templates tailored to skincare promotions, treatment spotlights, before/after showcases, or seasonal beauty specials would be a huge time-saver.
Another minor downside is that some of the more advanced features—like segmentation or automation workflows—can feel a little limited compared to other platforms. They're useful, but not as flexible or intuitive as I'd like, especially when trying to build personalized campaigns.
Lastly, while the platform is user-friendly overall, a bit more creative freedom in design layout (like more font choices, image placements, or interactive elements) would be helpful in standing out in clients' inboxes.
Despite these things, I still find Constant Contact to be reliable and effective. But with a few upgrades—especially more customizable, medspa-ready templates—it could be even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
