What do you like best about Customer.io?

We absolutely love the formatting features for email marketing! It is so easy to fully customize the appearance of our emails, add our branding, photos, etc, and not have to worry about distortion when our patients get the email! We also love that customer.io easily integrates with our Prompt, our EMR software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Customer.io?

The software itself isn't "pretty" when you're creating an email and segmenting lists of patients to send an email to. It can be a bit overwhelming to understand all the options, but when you spend some time with it, everything makes sense! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its versatility: I can manage all my different types of campaigns - promotional, product releases, transactional, split by different audiences and triggered by different product events - to make a fully automated journey for each type of customer I have. Customer.io gives us a lot of flexibility in building and automating messaging workflows. The visual workflow builder is easy to use and helps map out logic easily. It supports multiple channels, which is useful when coordinating emails, in-app messages, and other touchpoints. What do you like best about Customer.io?

What do you like best about Customer.io?

We have not seen a platform out there that offers so many variables of branching based off of the behaviour of the consumer. It is fairly easy to use with the drag and drop functions in the flow builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the branching can be overly complicated as the requirements grow. Coding the requirements into the emails to avoid branching is tedious and can result in errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Easy to use tool for users who aren't as technically savvy, but you still need a technical team to implement the backend

One of the best marketing automation tools I ever tried, it's a flexible platform that adapt to multiple use cases thanks to the custom object and his functions, and the data pipeline are a super feature to keep your unique source or thrut clean and tidy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only had some issue with the way you can use the popup with the in app function that sometimes didn't fit with some use cases, but I just integrated it with other softwares Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
