What do you like best about Customer.io?

CustomerIO makes it easy to build and optimize lifecycle campaigns. It works well for both one-off blasts and for evergreen drip campaigns. Their UI - especially the waitUntils and different types of branching -- allow you to build complex flows while preserving usability. They also make it easy to monitor key metrics. I'd recommend it to anyone who is choosing a lifecycle marketing platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Customer.io?

I really appreciate how everything is clearly organized and well-charted—it makes it easy to keep track of everything we need. The platform is also very user-friendly, with an intuitive layout that makes it easy to find what you're looking for.
