Although customer.io is a fairly technical platform, you don't need much technical knowledge to set up messages and campaigns. The platform is very user-friendly and designed in a way that feels intuitive. I hadn't used customer.io before, but learned the ropes in about three months time.
Customer.io has a bunch of features that are very useful to us: we set up recurring campaigns, use the in-app messages and surveys, and will get started with broadcasts very soon.

I don't like the person attributes. I'd like to be able to define the fields (field name and type) in a central place in customer.io, instead of having them be created through the API integration or in campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
