"Clickup - is it the best?"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Personally, I really like ClickUp's board view and its "Me Mode," as it helps me stay aware of all my tasks at all times. I can also easily customize the columns to display only the ones I want, which is something I really love.

I also appreciate its automation feature (ClickUpBot). For example, if I forget some tasks from a previous sprint, it automatically adds them to my current sprint. It also helps automate task status updates.

Additionally, ClickUp provides excellent support. A couple of days ago, I got stuck on some issues, but I was able to find solutions easily through its forum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can feel congested at times because, personally, I think there are too many things in one place. It can be hard to figure out exactly what I need. They should provide some basic training or resources to help new users understand the platform more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Flexible, but with a bit of a learning curve."
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The best thing about ClickUp is its incredible flexibility and customizability. You can really tailor it to fit any workflow or project management style. The ability to create custom views, dashboards, and fields is amazing. I also love the wide range of features it offers, from task management and time tracking to document collaboration and goal setting. It's truly an all-in-one workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The sheer number of features can be overwhelming at first. It takes some time to learn the platform and figure out the best way to set things up for your team. The mobile app, while functional, could be more streamlined. Also, occasionally, performance can be a little sluggish, especially when dealing with large lists or complex dashboards. "ClickUp: A really good Team Management Product"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is how it brings everything — tasks, docs, goals, and communication — into one unified platform. The flexibility to customize views (List, Board, Gantt, Calendar) makes it easy to adapt to different workflows. I also love how detailed task management can get, with subtasks, priorities, automations, and integrations all working smoothly. It’s a perfect balance between simplicity and advanced project management features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp is a powerful platform, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of how many features it offers. The interface sometimes feels cluttered when managing multiple spaces or projects. Occasionally, loading times can be slower for large workspaces, and the mobile app experience isn’t as smooth as the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUP is powerful project management tool and fancy in the same time"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is an excellent productivity and project management tool. I really like how intuitive and easy it is to navigate — everything feels well-organized and user-friendly.

The platform offers a huge variety of tools to structure workflows, boards, and roles, which makes it perfect for managing both small and complex projects. The visual dashboards and Gantt charts are especially helpful for tracking progress, deadlines, and team performance at a glance.

Overall, ClickUp combines flexibility with strong visual management features, making it a great choice for teams that value both structure and simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Some functions are limited by user roles, such as integrations with other tools or the ability to reorganize boards (like adding new sprints). Also, ticket templates can only be applied per board rather than per task type, which reduces flexibility when managing multiple teams or projects. (or maybe I did not find a way to do so) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete and customizable organization for teams and projects"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is the flexibility. You can adapt the workspace exactly to the format of each project, creating lists, boards, timelines, and automations that really make day-to-day work easier. The ability to integrate documents, checklists, and dashboards in one place is a great advantage, making the workflow much more organized and visual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can seem a bit complex at first — there are so many functions and configuration options that the learning process can be time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp keeps everything organized — from tasks to team goals"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp brings all my work together in one place — tasks, docs, sprints, and even reminders. I love how customizable the views are (List, Board, or Calendar), so I can switch depending on what I’m working on. The automation options save a ton of manual effort, and the comments + notifications make team collaboration smooth. It feels like a mix of project management, note-taking, and communication in one tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

It can feel a bit overwhelming at first — there are so many features and customization options that the interface sometimes feels cluttered. Occasionally, dashboards or views take a second to load when managing larger projects. A simpler onboarding for new users would make the experience even better. "ClickUp Brings Clarity and Structure to Our Fast Paced Product Workflows"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is how flexible it is in adapting to the way our teams actually work. We use it to manage everything from sprint planning and product roadmaps to client deliverables, and it handles each workflow beautifully once set up. The hierarchy of Spaces, Folders, and Lists lets us separate internal product work from client projects without losing visibility across everything.

The ease of use has improved a lot over the last year new team members can get comfortable within a few days. Implementation was straightforward, and the templates for sprints, OKRs, and feature tracking saved us weeks during onboarding.

We use ClickUp daily for task management, weekly for progress tracking and reporting, and it’s become our single source of truth for delivery. The number of features is impressive Docs, Dashboards, Goals, Automations, Whiteboards it really replaces a stack of tools we’d otherwise pay for separately.

Integrations with Slack, GitHub, and Google Drive work smoothly, and customer support has been responsive whenever we hit small roadblocks. Overall, it’s a platform that gives both structure and flexibility something not many project management tools pull off well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp is powerful, but that power comes with a bit of complexity. The learning curve can be steep for new users, especially when it comes to understanding how Spaces, Folders, and Lists interact. It takes some trial and error before teams find the structure that really fits their workflow.

While the platform is feature-rich, it can sometimes feel overwhelming there’s almost too much you can do, and that occasionally leads to clutter or inconsistent setups across teams. Page load times and mobile performance can also lag a bit when managing large workspaces or switching between views like Board, Gantt, and Calendar.

Lastly, although Dashboards are incredibly useful, getting them to show exactly the right data sometimes requires more manual configuration than expected. None of these are deal-breakers, but they do add friction when scaling ClickUp across multiple teams and projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A flexible, all-in-one project management tool for content and team collaboration"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp helps our entire content and marketing team stay organized in one place. I like how we can manage everything — from tasks and deadlines to docs, comments, and feedback — without switching tools. The dashboards give a clear overview of project progress, and the ability to customize views (List, Board, Calendar) makes it easy to work the way each team member prefers. Integrations with Slack and Google Drive also save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While the platform is powerful, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of the many features and options available. Some pages take slightly longer to load when there are too many tasks or attachments. A more streamlined mobile app experience would also make it easier to manage quick updates on the go. "The ultimate tool for project management"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

After trying different platforms throughout my career as a Project Manager, I can say that ClickUp has become my favorite. It is a very comprehensive tool that allows me to organize all my projects in one place thanks to its multiple spaces, boards, and customizable views.

I not only keep track of tasks, but also of suppliers, campaigns, and documentation, which gives me an integral view of everything I manage. One of the sections I value the most is the documents, where I have all the meeting minutes centralized, which prevents me from relying on scattered files.

I am particularly in love with the AI Notetaker function: as a PM, this feature is pure gold. I can focus on the session without being distracted by taking notes, as the system generates clear summaries with key points, both in short meetings and in long ones where it is difficult to follow the entire thread.

Additionally, its forms make it much easier for me to collect requirements and, as if that weren't enough, the integrations with other tools (such as ticketing systems) allow workflows to be much more agile, automatically generating tasks in ClickUp.

In conclusion, ClickUp has proven to be much more than a task manager: it is an ecosystem that centralizes operations and elevates team efficiency, perfectly adapting to the dynamics of any project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

At the beginning, due to all the functions it has, it was a bit overwhelming for me and the learning curve was not so quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Staying on Top of My Tasks Effortless"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

As a content marketer, I get most of my work assigned through our project manager, and ClickUp has made that entire process so much smoother. Instead of sifting through emails or Slack threads trying to figure out priorities, I can open ClickUp and instantly see what’s on my plate, what’s coming up, and what’s overdue.

I love how everything is laid out clearly. Each task comes with all the details I need — briefs, attachments, deadlines, comments — so I don’t have to chase down information or wonder what’s expected of me. It keeps me focused on actually doing the work rather than trying to manage the work.

The different views are super helpful too. I tend to stick to List view to work through my daily tasks, but I’ll switch to Calendar view when I want to see how my content schedule lines up for the week. It’s quick, intuitive, and gives me a clear sense of what needs attention first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

As much as I rely on ClickUp, there are a few things that can get frustrating:

It can feel overwhelming at first. There are so many features and layers that it took me a while to figure out where everything lives in our workspace.

The mobile app isn’t as smooth as the desktop version. If I need to quickly check something on the go, it can feel a bit clunky or slow to load compared to the desktop experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You Click and you Keep Up-dated"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

This platform is extremely customizable, allowing me to handle tasks, documents, goals, and chat within a single workspace. The variety of views—such as list, board, calendar, and Gantt—adds flexibility to suit any workflow. It helps keep projects well-organized, enhances collaboration, and minimizes the need to switch between different tools. Additionally, its free features are quite robust compared to those offered by other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The sheer number of features can make it feel overwhelming at first, and the learning curve for newcomers is quite steep. When working with large projects, some functions tend to run more slowly. Additionally, access to advanced tools is restricted to the more expensive plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
