Since we started using Zoom Workplace, the way I work as a team has completely changed. Zoom does not provide any indication of whether someone is letting you into a meeting when you request to join. For example, if I join a meeting and then leave the app while waiting, I often use other applications. However, from my taskbar, I can't tell if I am the only one in the call or if others are present. The only notification I receive is a sound alert, sometimes accompanied by a vibration, when someone joins or lets me into the meeting. This alert can be startling at times. It's easy to use and has a nice clear very user friendly interface. Allows easy renaming and peer to peer chat during the meeting, I mean a user can text publically to all members in the meeting or he can just send it to a single individual as he wishes, that is the best part of the ZOOM workplace. Well the feature of an user being able to rename himself at anytime is the one that makes it the worst platform. During many of my online sessions I faces cases where random people joined or many time the candidates just join and rename themselves to anyone or anything and starts creating a scene. This thing caused me a lot of trouble during my online study sessions, later I switched to Google meet and haven't got any chance to get back to ZOOM as I find it very easy and comfortable to use.

I really like how easy Zoom workspace makes makes it to connect and collaborate with my team. The meetings are simple to join, even if you 're not very tech-savvy and the video and audio quality is usually very reliable. I also like that you can share your screen, use chat and even organize webinar in one place. The integration with tools like calendars and file sharing saves a lot of time

When something went wrong, good luck getting help! You 'll wait forever just to talk to someone, and they usually can't solve your problem anyway.

Once you need better video quality or more features, the cost add up quickly.

Zoom Workplace has become an indispensable tool in my daily workflow. I especially appreciate the new AI-powered Notes feature, which automatically summarizes meetings and helps me keep track of action items. The calendar integration is smooth, allowing me to schedule, join, and follow up on meetings without needing to switch between different applications. The search functionality is powerful, i am able to search across chat messages, meeting transcripts, and whiteboards at the same time. The connection is stable, the audio/video quality is crisp, and features like virtual backgrounds and polling are seamless. I am also using the mobile version app but the mobile app experience feels bit less intuitive for the "Workplace" features compared to the desktop. sometime while sharing screen it lags but not that big issue for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to do video calls for interacting with coworkers for meetings as well as prospective and current customers/students is very helpful. We recently upgraded to Zoom phone as well across our university campus and as obnoxious as the changes can be in general, the switch has actually been fairly easy. The downsides can be mostly the concern of someone uninvited coming into a meeting and hijacking things, as has happened several years back during the pandemic, so it felt a bit slack on security back then, not sure how that's changed in recent years though.
