"New Admin Learning NetSuite"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is its flexibility—being able to customize workflows, saved searches, and templates so the system truly fits the organization’s needs while giving clear visibility into operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

One challenge I’ve found with NetSuite is that while it’s highly customizable, some limitations in the native email/template builder and certain field merge functions require workarounds. It can also feel less intuitive for new users, which makes training and adoption a key focus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Accounting Software"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I have been using Netsuite for past 3 years. Netsuite is one of the best accounting software i have used. It is easy to use and come with lots of features, security. As i use this software on daily basis. Its easy to integrate this with other software's. Implementation process is also smooth and quick, Implementation team is well knowledgeable and problem solver. I reached out to customer support multiple times for some issues and they are easily approachable. With the help of this software Accounting is smooth its also helping us in other framework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I like this product but there are some issues which i faced during my usage. As a user I have to post multiple transfer entries from one bank account to other. so I cant do this via upload csv for this i have to do multiple manual entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The NetSuite Support, Learning Center, Virtual Events, and Gurus are Outstanding"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite is consistently improving their products, and the support teams are very knowledgeable about the products. The continuous learning opportunities are second to none. I am looking forward to continuing this Journey at SuiteWorld this year.

I like that you can build onto the basic platform as you become more comfortable and there are always opportunities to leverage the system in ways that translate to actual time saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The integration partners do not always pull through basic, native NetSuite functionality which means that if you are going to use one of those add-on providers, such as AP workflows, then you may have to add additional procedures that feel redundant based on what NetSuite is capable of support - for example, Prepaid Expenses, Amortization Schedules can be setup on the Vendor Bill line item at time of the Bill creation in NetSuite, but I haven't found an add-on AP workflow tool yet that is able to support that functionality if the Bill starts in their system and pushes to NetSuite. This forces Accounting to manage another step after sync to either modify the bill coding and line item to add the amortization schedule or have an entirely separate process to establish amortization schedules that will not be attached to the related and originating Prepaid Bill.

I think native features must be supported for them to be a recommended add-on provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Netsuite is an incredibly powerful and customizable, yet complicated and pricey, tool"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

The ability to customize just about anything I do in the app. I can write Suitescript to perform a whole host of actions, including sending webhooks and communicating with other systems, create custom fields, custom formulas, build workflows with a no-code UI, etc. It is also quite comprehensive, performing anything from rev rec and billing to invoicing and subscription management Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Netsuite is not incredibly user-friendly. And when you want to do something complex, there are many times where the built-in workflow functionality just isn't enough. At that point you either need to pay a consultancy or use engineering resources to get things done. The cost is also substantial, though admittedly not much more expensive than even a newer, shinier service like Stripe for things like subscription management & billing. "NetSuite Review"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

The saved search functionality is very flexible — it allows me to slice data in multiple ways and build custom views for operations, finance, and sales.

Inventory and warehouse tracking are much more transparent compared to other systems. We can see stock levels, transfers, and usage in real time.

Financial reporting is strong — having real-time visibility into transactions and period close status has been a big win.

Being able to connect warehouse activity directly to financials helps reduce manual reconciliation and improves accuracy.

Dashboards provide quick insight across warehouse, purchasing, and finance, so we don’t need to run multiple reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The system can be overwhelming at first — it takes time and training to learn all the features.

Customization often requires technical expertise, which can slow down changes.

Ongoing costs for additional modules or users add up quickly.

Support and training after go-live can feel limited unless you rely on external partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetSuite - The consultant you choose matters"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

They system is robust and functions as an ERP across vast types of businesses. There are a lot of options within NetSuite to facilitate all types of business and needs. We track inventory, record sales, COGS, AP, AR, bank reconcilaitions, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I have actually found that the least helpful part can be in the consultants that you choose for implementation. I believe that if you don't understand the options available within NS before implementation then you can actually miss out on "out of the box" options within NS and loose some of the benefits of the system as a whole. "Nestsuite review"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

We use Netsuite for many different purposes. From creating POs to tracking inventory, the best thing about Netsuite is the fact that it eliminated several other programs and platforms. It has streamlined operations, reduced cost and increased efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

There is a ton of valuable insight within Netsuite, however there are times when it is difficult to see parts of a page because you have to scroll so far to the side or down and the column headings are not always visible. I am sure there is a clearer way to present information, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetSuite is game changing tool for our unified business operations"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

It is has quite complex UI and has hard learning curve because of the various features it provides which makes it powerful but not easy to use. It has robust integration support and can be integrated with most of plateform we have integrated it with MuleSoft but the integration process is little complex. It has well implemented import and export options for batch data. It provides the centralized dashboard which makes it easy to manage and moniter operation for high frequency of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Its implementation is costly and reliant on external consultant. It native analysis tool is good but for complex and better reports we have to use third party tools. Its support for refreshing sandbox for testing is often slow and customer support can involve long wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetSuite for you"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

The power and flexibility. It gives you the ability to use leading edge technology but also allows you to customize it to meet your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Recently it seems NetSuite is overcharging customers, some of the solutions are good but cost to much for customers. As a user I also dislike the constant banners about trying new features such as analytics warehouse, they come across as pop-up adds. I would rather they be a part of the new features portlet. "Great tool for analytics and informatics"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

it’s an all-in-one cloud-based ERP system. Instead of needing separate tools for finance, inventory, CRM, and e-commerce, NetSuite pulls everything into a single platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

small configuration changes often require an administrator or external partner, which adds cost and slows things down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
