What do you like best about Klaviyo?

The interface is a little old and clunky. Good do with a moren refresh. It's flow concepts can be difficult and take a while to learn so lkearnign curve is steep.Upside is it becomes very powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klaviyo?

Klaviyo is highly supportive for creativity and lets you create campaigns as well as triggered flows. I also find their regular tips newsletter that prove to be supportive for small businesses. What do you like best about Klaviyo?

We have never been able to segment and target so specifically until we started with KLAVIYO. Over half of our business income is directly attributed to our email and SMS marketing efforts. To say we rely on KLAVIYO is an understatement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klaviyo?

From my previous of using Klaviyo one thing I can say is that dashboard is very fairly designed and informative at the same time. It's data projection like potential sales, subscribers, etc. have helped me out to analyse the performance. The auto segmentation of your customers based on the data and attributes is another great feature , it's subtle but it certainly helps in the data collected in the CRM. It's customer support is top notch I have contacted every time I faced any problems during the onboarding process and they have helped me out every time promptly. What do you dislike about Klaviyo?

I believe it can be a task for a beginner to learn its working and processes easily and he/she has to go through various articles and tuitorials to be fluent with it. Also it's plans are on the expensive side and one might not even use all of the feature it offers wasting a part of their plan. It also needs to work out it's campaign automation features as I faced several issues while sequencing them. Otherwise it's a great platform and must have for e- commerce stores. What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used Klaviyo for various email and SMS marketing of our product, I find it's great for sending emails and SMS in a bulk during a specific campaign. It's data collection and presentation is top notch. Its charts and graphs have helped me analyse our campaigns in detail and don't find it in other platforms.Overall it's a great platform and helped me gain more customers. In general, I'm a big fan of Klaviyo. It does take a bit of time to get everything set up, but I really appreciate the ability to create specific flows and then not have to worry about them.
