The software allows you to create dynamic and complex email flows and campaigns. With enough attention given to your strategy, you can create a cross-selling machine based on customer activity. There are 2 things that I find frustrating. 1) Understanding the software to maximize it to the full potential it has requires a ton of knowledge of how the systems are connected to your marketing ecosystem. Understanding how flows work and how they connect to each other takes a lot of time or money to hire it out. In my company, I have a full-time staff member who uses about 50% of her time to manage the building/understanding process. Once built up, it will be easier to maintain and be a revenue generator. As a non-marketing person, I dislike how hard it is but understand but I get how necessary the complexity is. 2) When using other apps that integrate into Klaviyo I often have to pay massive premiums to have API connections. I already pay for Klaviyo and the other app in their premium tiers, it makes me feel nicked and dimed for something I already pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
