I love how easy the platform is to use—everything is clear, intuitive, and simple to organize. I use it everyday and honestly is amazing.

What do you like best about Klaviyo?

I absolutely love Klaviyo x Shopify integration. It opens up the ability to segment your customers based on their purchasing behaviour and create automated follow-up email sequences based on that. It is a must-have for anyone having a Shopify store. And the fact that it is preferred Shopify's partner tells a lot. I love the email builder with the dynamic products feed or just a product block. I love the fact that with a little bit of coding, you can personalize shopping reminders to show each customer the last set of products they purchased from your store. What do you dislike about Klaviyo?

Nothing to dislike! I know some smaller businesses find it a bit pricey, but I have no say on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without having a CRM, Klaviyo brings some solutions a business owner desperately needs. It offers basic customer segmentation which can go a long way if you set your marketing gears right. What do you like best about Klaviyo?

I love how Klaviyo allows for highly personalized and dynamic content. The ability to create tailored email campaigns based on customer behavior and segmentation is incredibly powerful. I also appreciate the detailed analytics that provide real-time insights into open rates, click-throughs, and revenue attribution. The pre-built email templates and automation flows save a ton of time, and the seamless integration with platforms like Shopify makes it easy to pull in customer data. What do you dislike about Klaviyo?

While Klaviyo is excellent overall, I find the lack of image mapping a bit disappointing. It limits creative design flexibility, especially when trying to create highly interactive emails with multiple clickable areas on a single image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, the biggest challenge I faced was the lack of dynamic content and personalization in the email marketing platform I was using. My clients needed tailored campaigns that spoke directly to their customers based on their behaviors, interests, and past interactions, but the platform couldn't deliver that level of customization. Klaviyo solved this problem by allowing me to create highly dynamic and personalized email campaigns effortlessly. With its segmentation tools and dynamic content blocks, I can now send emails that are specific to each customer’s actions, preferences, and purchasing history.
