What do you like best about Klaviyo?

The Flows and automations are simple to use and set up and the AI integration is making these even more powerful and effective. Getting great ROI right out of the box using these tools! What do you dislike about Klaviyo?

Price! It gets pricey as you "grow." The problem with this is that depending on your type of business, email list growth might not always effectively translate to more revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Klaviyo in particular helps us recover lost revenue via tools like the abandoned cart flow, but perhaps more impactfully - it is responsible for much of our revenue. For brands with limited ad-spend for instance, but great loyalty amongst customers, channels like email marketing that are relatively speaking low-cost when viewed in terms of ROI. What do you like best about Klaviyo?

It's very easy to use and user friendly. My CSM is honestly amazing, she is super cute and always available to answer any doubt I have.

I use the app everyday literally and plan all my campaigns, flows and flyouts with very short processes and easy to implement.

What do you like best about Klaviyo?

Klaviyo is a very intuitive platform that makes CRM a lot easier - segmentation is easy, building emails is easy and there are a lot of tools on the platform to make it easy to start a CRM program from scratch without any DEV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klaviyo?

What I like the most is how easy it is to use. The platform feels very intuitive, so even if you’re not highly technical, you can quickly understand how everything works. Building campaigns, flows, and segments doesn’t feel complicated at all, the drag-and-drop features and the overall interface make the process straightforward and even enjoyable. What do you dislike about Klaviyo?

As a designer, I sometimes find the structures a bit limiting. While the platform is easy to use, the design flexibility can feel restricted, especially when I want to create more customized layouts. Another challenge I’ve experienced is with GIFs, the timing of when they start playing seems to depend on the moment I upload them, which makes it harder to ensure they all play in sync within an email design. What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of spending hours manually creating and sending campaigns, I can set up automated flows/broadcasts that reach the right people at the right time. It also solves the problem of segmentation, I can easily organize my audience based on behavior, purchase history, or engagement, which allows me to send more relevant and personalized messages. This not only saves me time but also improves the effectiveness of my campaigns, helping me build stronger relationships with my customers and ultimately driving more sales. What do you like best about Klaviyo?

Klaviyo is hands down one of the best email and SMS marketing platforms I’ve used. The automation flows are super effective, and the segmentation options let me target customers in a way that actually drives results. I also love how well it integrates with Shopify/chargebee/amplitude (these are mai tools we use) and pulls in all the data I need to create personalised, high-converting/engaging campaigns. The analytics (Like open rate, click rate, deliverability score) are also solid, giving clear insights into what's working and what’s not which helps me in optimisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaviyo?

What do you like best about Klaviyo?

It’s good because it has seamless integration with Shopify. Easy to setup and the tracking is good — free plan should be enough for you.

You have more ‘cheaper’ options but they are not worth your time. There is a reason why people use Klaviyo! Klaviyo also goes well with other third party apps like Judge.me

What do you dislike about Klaviyo?
