"i am 83 and ripped off by klaviyo and lost $3000 due to bad setup"

i am 83 and ripped off by klaviyo install error shut down my site 3 days while i figured out how to fix, klaviyo re fused to help and when i asked for help with complicated installation i was referred to videos. program show 15 steps to install an when i asked support about the steps she asked where i found that. after total failure and losing several thousands klaviyo refused to make a refund

What do you like best about Klaviyo?

There are a lot of things I like about Klaviyo. My favorite is easily creating flows and customer segments based on website activity. Being able to target customers with personalized information is important and a huge part of our marketing strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaviyo?

While Klaviyo offers a lot of educational opportunities and learning, I do feel like some features are difficult to navigate for a new user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Klaviyo allows us to reach customers at multiple points of their acquisition and purchase journey through the use of flows and segments. Using Klaviyo we have been able to keep a healthy email list by removing any disinterested parties and by only contacting customers with information they may actually find useful based on their website activity. What do you like best about Klaviyo?

I like the templates feature where I can buildout an email and apply it to my different sends to different audiences individually very easily. I can also edit them independently after I apply them and make them unique to the target audience but have the same foundation. The custom report features are also thorough. The behavioral segmentation is absolutely incredible - being able to create automated flows based on exactly how customers interact with your site and products consistently drives way better results than anything else I've used.
