"Simple, reliable, and perfect for collaboration"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like best about Google Workspace is how smoothly everything connects Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet all feel like one ecosystem. Real-time collaboration on Docs and Sheets is a game-changer; it makes teamwork effortless without endless email chains. I also love how easy it is to share files, manage permissions, and keep everything organized in Drive. The simplicity and reliability really stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The only drawback I’ve noticed is the storage and pricing. As our team grows, the storage limits can feel restrictive, and upgrading adds to costs quickly. Sometimes the admin console feels a bit overwhelming for new users because of the number of settings available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Google workspace making work quite smooth through a single platform."
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

The best feature that I like as a law student is that Google Docs and Sheets made it very easy for group projects and moot court preparations. Since everything is cloud-based based I can access my notes and assignments anytime.

It really provides a seamless connection between Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, and Meet, and helps me to manage my schedules and deadlines and I can also store my documents together without switching to different apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The thing which I don't like is that the free 15 GB space gets filled quickly with my research papers, assignments, case law PDFs, and scanned books. Upgrading to a paid plan is not feasible for me as a student. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Google Meet"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Meet is a reliable and user-friendly platform that makes virtual meetings seamless. What I like best is how easy it is to join a meeting, no downloads required, just a simple link. The integration with Google Workspace is a huge plus, especially being able to access meetings directly from Calendar invites and Gmail. The platform is stable, even with larger groups, and features like live captions and breakout rooms make collaboration more engaging and inclusive. Overall, it’s a straightforward, dependable tool that keeps teams connected and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Google Meet is an excellent tool for virtual collaboration, and I really appreciate its ease of use and smooth integration with Google Workspace. That said, there are a few areas where it could get even better. For example, having the option to use an avatar (similar to Zoom) instead of always being on camera would be a welcome addition. It would also be great to see more customizable background options, stronger breakout room controls, and built-in tools like whiteboarding or quick polls to make meetings more interactive. These enhancements would take an already strong platform to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Live Captions: Real-time subtitles can be turned on for accessibility.

Integration: Works seamlessly with Google Calendar and Gmail—easy to schedule or join meetings.

Cross-Device: Join from a browser (no install needed), or via the mobile app on iOS/Android. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Free accounts have limits (e.g., meeting duration capped at 60 minutes, fewer recording options).

Some advanced tools like breakout rooms, attendance tracking, or noise cancellation are only available with paid Google Workspace plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PERFECT COLLAGE OF ESSENTIAL THINGS"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

the most helpful thing about google worksace is how everything is so seamlessly connected and easy to access. i can draft assignments in google doc and save in drive easily. to be honest collaboration features are the biggest upside , multiple people can edits at once , leave comments and reviews which makes team work a lot smoother. another upside i can say is the cloud storage and i never worry about loosing files as everything is backed up. the integration with gmail , calender and meet is also extremly helpful to plan out the week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

one of the downside i can say that google workspace relies heavily on internet connection so if the wifi is a lil weak docs and sheets can lag or fail to update properly. also while the tools are great for collaboration formatting gets messy when exporting files to word or powerpoint. I really like how all tools like Gmail, docs, drive and meet work together seamlessly. Its make team collaboration super easy and saves a lot of time. The real time editing and automatic cloud saving features are very helpful for both students and professionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Sometimes large files take a bit longer to sync on drive, especially when the internet connection is slow. Also it would be great if Google offered more free storage or flexible pricing for students and small creators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Video Meetings Anytime!"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

“I like that Google Meet is extremely easy to use and doesn’t require any complicated setup. The video and audio quality are consistently clear, and I can join meetings directly from a browser or the app without downloading extra software. I also appreciate the seamless integration with Gmail and Google Calendar, which makes scheduling and joining meetings effortless.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

“Overall, Google Meet works very well, but I wish it offered more built-in features like advanced background effects and better noise cancellation. Sometimes the video quality drops if the internet connection is weak, even when other apps work fine.”

“Occasional connection issues and fewer features compared to some other meeting apps.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and efficient for organizing my workflow"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I use Google Sheets and Forms regularly, and they make it easy to collect, organize, and share information. Everything updates in real-time, which is super helpful when I’m managing sessions or gathering client information. The ability to collaborate with others and access everything from anywhere also makes it ideal for remote work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Sometimes the integrations with third-party platforms (like Nas.io) don’t sync properly — especially with Google Calendar. It shows I’m available even when I’m not, due to missed syncing of external events. It’s a bit frustrating because it can lead to scheduling issues unless I double-check everything manually. "The Easiest Way to Keep A Team Connected"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I love how everything just works together. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Meet all feel like one system instead of separate tools. My team can edit the same document at the same time, jump on a quick Meet call, and share files instantly without confusion. It saves us a ton of back-and-forth and keeps projects moving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Sometimes the admin side feels a little complicated, especially when setting up permissions or security. Also, the price can add up as the team grows. But overall, the benefits outweigh those small challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Google Meet: A Reliable Video Conferencing Solution."
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I like the seamless integration with other Google Workspace products. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to start or join a meeting. I also like the reliable video and audio quality, which works well even with a slower internet connection. I like the live captions feature as it enhances accessibility for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

I dislike that some advanced features, like breakout rooms and detailed polls, are only available in paid versions. The free version has some limitations that can be frustrating for larger teams or more complex meetings. I dislike the occasional connectivity issues that can disrupt the flow of a meeting. Also, the customization options feel limited compared to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
