"Seamless Team Collaboration and Communication"
What do you like best about Slack?

Slack streamlines team communication, making it both simple and well-organized. I really appreciate the intuitive interface, which allows me to easily set up channels for various projects, share files efficiently, and connect with other tools such as Google Drive, Zoom, and Notion. The search feature is robust, and the mobile app helps me stay on top of important updates even when I’m not at my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

While Slack excels at facilitating quick communication, it can become overwhelming when there are numerous messages or channels to keep up with. Notifications, in particular, can be quite distracting, especially when working within large teams. Additionally, I’ve noticed that older messages often get buried, which makes it more difficult to refer back to previous discussions if the channels are not managed effectively. "The Ultimate Collaboration Hub for Any Team Size"
What do you like best about Slack?

Slack makes communication instant and transparent. The Ease of Use is outstanding — even new users adapt quickly. Channels keep every project organized, DMs are seamless, and integrations (Jira, Google Drive, Zoom, GitHub, etc.) eliminate app-switching. The Ease of Integration across tools is one of its biggest strengths. The interface feels modern and intuitive, threads prevent clutter, and Huddles or Clips make remote collaboration more human. Overall, Slack’s Number of Features—from search to automation—make it a complete collaboration suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

While Slack centralizes all workflows—from standups to automated alerts—the Ease of Implementation for larger teams could improve, especially when setting up multiple workspaces or managing complex permissions. Notifications can feel overwhelming without proper configuration. Also, customer responses can occasionally take longer than expected, so Customer Support could be more responsive. Despite that, its Frequency of Use in daily workflows remains high because of its reliability and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Team Collaboration and Communication Tool"
What do you like best about Slack?

Slack has upgraded the way our team collaborates, making communication faster, organized, and more transparent in one place. We can create a separate channel for specific communication within a group or team. This makes all the stakeholder resources intact with the message. Also, it is easy to integrate tools like Google Drive, Zoom, and Trello, and keep everything centralized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

Sometimes the video call quality fluctuates compared to dedicated conferencing tools. Also, frequent notifications can feel distracting if you do not manage them properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Collaboration and Stellar Features"
What do you like best about Slack?

I love how Slack is very convenient to use and compatible with every device. The setup was a breeze, and the Slack bot was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through all the features. Features like the ability to draft and send messages to myself, the brilliant Huddl feature, and the directory option for saving resources really stand out. The ability to have all conversations and quick calls in one place is a huge advantage, making Slack our main professional communication channel. I genuinely appreciate the rich feature set and easy usability, making it an indispensable tool for professional use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

I dislike how Slack automatically sets my status to active when I open the app. I would prefer if there was a prompt that asked whether I want to be visible as active or not. This change would be helpful from a user's perspective, allowing more control over my visibility to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Is Slack a user friendly for workplace?"
What do you like best about Slack?

Slack has been a great application for internal communication within a organization. Slack also is used to add external users apart from your organisation where you can add your clients for a quick discussion rather than getting on to a third part app for a quick call too. We can also sync in many apps such as Jira, Google calendar, etc which has a predefined structure of your work day how it goes.

So overall I had a really good experience working on slack on a daily basis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

The one part where I dislike about slack it does not show the profile not active from time. So it just says that a person is not active as of now, but it does not show from how long has the user not being active, apart from that I am totally comfortable with it. "Slack: Reliable Collaboration Tool for Daily Communication"
What do you like best about Slack?

Slack is simple to use and makes team communication fast. Channels keep conversations organized, and integrations with apps like Google Drive and Zoom save time. My frequency of use is high since I rely on it daily for both quick chats and project discussions. Notifications are clear, and the search function makes it easy to find past messages or files. Ease of implementation was smooth, and onboarding took very little time.

We used it to streamline communication between departments and reduce dependency on long email threads.

I created channels for project updates, used integrations with Google Drive, and relied on Slack huddles for quick calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

Too many channels can become cluttered if not managed properly. Large file uploads sometimes take time, and occasional sync delays appear when switching devices. Customer support is responsive, but resolving complex issues can take longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"best in class user-experience, I hope they bring a lot more integrations"
What do you like best about Slack?

- UX is top-notch. Does give a feeling of the boring enterprise app. Everything feature is so intuitive

- Cross-device sync : You can type messages from your phone and later continue from your laptop. Saves tons of time.

- Tagging workspace users : Best for important and urgent texts

- Integrations with other apps : No need to switch to different browser tabs for checking dev, analytics alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

- No DND mode : Too many channels with lots of notifcations incoming reduce focus on the important ones. We need a feature to silence all unimportant channels/people at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best communication tool"
What do you like best about Slack?

What I like best about Slack is that I can communicate easily with people outside my organization, just like with internal teammates. It makes collaboration much faster and more fluid. I also appreciate how everything stays organized in channels, so I don’t have to dig through emails to find information. Plus, the integrations with tools like Google Drive or HubSpot save a lot of time, we can share documents, get notifications, and stay aligned without switching platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

What I dislike about Slack is that it can get a bit noisy, especially when you’re part of many channels. It’s easy to miss important messages if notifications aren’t managed properly. Also, conversations move quickly, so sometimes key information gets lost in the flow unless it’s pinned or well documented somewhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for collaboration"
What do you like best about Slack?

Slack is really great for collaborations, especially if you're working remotely. Our teams have been using it since a long time. It's very convenient given we've people from different places. It has wonderful features like huddle for a quick meet. You can seamlessly share documents and links, do bookmaks and pins. They also have a slackbot to assist you. We use Slack very frequently and seamlessly. It's a go-to platform for any organization operating remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

Earlier I've had login issues at one point, but then it got sorted.

So at this point, I can't really think of something that I dislike about it. It's all good in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
