Slack is easy to implement and can install and run the program in less than 30 minutes, opening and using it from computer or phone is possible for on-the-go work. Slack is the best team project management tool I have used, allowing me to manage multiple projects and teams within a single app. It works seamlessly across different devices, and I can communicate without confusion—whether chatting privately or creating various groups. i love Slack because it keeps our entire team connected in one place. we use different channel for projects, model deployment updates and data alerts. it keeps everything organized, the integration are amazing . i have connected slack with GitHub , Jira and even our ML pipeline notification. whenever a model training job finishes or fails. I love how effortlessly it brings team communication and collaboration together in one place. One thing I dislike is the lack of read receipts. It can sometimes be hard to know whether a message has been seen, especially in one-on-one chats or important discussions.
